Complete environment rework with the addition of several new tiles, color adjustments, addition of new tiles and props

Returning to work with new assets soon, I currently have plans to update this asset daily for two weeks to see how much I can get out of this theme of elves and magical things, So I hope this asset develops well over the next few days
